Starting her career in marketing and business development, Bongiwe moved on to start Rodkosh Logistics that serviced international logistics companies, amongst were Elliot, AGS Frasers and Crown. She then started her own label Kosha Kriashnz and was a co -founder of RockRose. She then ventured into oil and energy industry where at the age of 33 was the youngest Black lady to be a sole owner of a Petrol station.
Before owning and managing her petrol station, she held various positions with Engen Petroleum since 1999. She is an Executive Member of the Engen Gap dealer representative committee. She also invests a significant amount of time being a mentor as well as a community inspirational guest speaker at youth events.
Bongiwe is a graduate of AAA School of Advertising- Marketing and AIM from University of Cape Town GSB and currently doing her final year in MBA in Executive Management at the University of Cape Town -Graduate School of Business.
