Payment and cancellation
The entire payment must be received at least 15 days before the date of commencement of the conference. Any cancellation or replacement must be submitted (e) in writing to email@example.com. For cancellations a month before the meeting, a full refund will be made. Participants who cancel less than a month before the meeting or not participating, are liable for the total amount of the conference. There will be no additional cost for replacement performed under the conditions mentioned above.
